description of unnaceptable practices by sales agents. |

| Agents who do not adhere to ETI's policy's
in addition to Visa/Mastercard policies will be
immediately terminated and subject to legal/criminal
investigation. |

Sales agent verbally verifies a merchant
lease |

Sales agent provides false information on
site survey |
 |
Sales agent forges signatures of the merchant |

Helping a merchant try to get setup with
a new provider since the merchant's current
processor just shut them down for excessive
chargebacks/fraud/credits, etc |

Knowingly puts someone's partner, brother,
sister, etc. on the application because the
actual owner of the business is on the CTMF

agents will go through a criminal background
investigation, credit check and CMTF verification
before being allowed to sell merchant services
for ETI. The credit check is used to verify
your identity with the background investigation
and poor credit will not disqualify you. If
you offer leased equipment you will have to
have your own lease relationship as we don't
provide leasing for outside sales agents. |
